Thank you for choosing CHLOE Lighting as your Partner/Dealer for your lighting needs. We are a wholesale company and we do not sell directly to consumers. To qualify for partner/dealer, you must provide us a valid resale certificate and/or sales and use tax permit. As a partner/dealer, we ask you to maintain and uphold our image and value.
PARTNER/DEALER DROPSHIP PROTOCOL
Once you become a partner/dealer, you are required to follow our dropship IMAP (Internet Minimum Advertised Price) pricing rules for all and any online sales. Our IMAP pricing rule is as followed. All of CHLOE Lighting products will be mark up at least 1.60 of the wholesale price. How to calculate your IMAP selling price (wholesale price X 1.60 = IMAP price). For example, an item that cost $100.00, your minimum IMAP price will be at least $160.00. Failure to adhere to the IMAP pricing rule will result in lockout and/or termination of your account.
- • The first violation of the rule will be subjected to a warning. With this warning, you are required to change the pricing within 5 business days.
- • A second violation of the rule will be subjected to a warning to change your pricing and 15 days of no shipment. With this warning, no orders will be processed for 15 days and if your prices have not changed then no orders will be processed.
- • A third violation of the rule will be subjected to a warning to change your pricing and 30 days of no shipment. With this warning, no orders will be processed for 30 days and if your prices have not changed, then your account will be a lockout and/or terminated.
- • Fourth violation of the rule, thank you for your business your account is now closed. With this warning no orders will be processed forever, your account will be closed and will not have access to your account.
- • CHLOE Lighting does not have minimum order policy.
- • ALL orders must be placed and paid for online at www.chloelighting.com.
- • Terms are prepaid only.
• We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, company checks, direct deposit, wire transfer and credit cards (Visa & Master) for payment.
• Returned check fee is $20.00
- • Prices are subject to change without notice.
- • All orders over $10,000.00 will qualify for freight allowed.
- • All damages/shortages must be reported within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise.
• Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement.
• Original packaging is required for all returns.
• Shipments refused or customer remorse returns are subject to 15% restocking fee plus freight charges.
• All returns require prior approval from CHLOE Lighting, Inc. Before returning the item, please request an RMA(return merchandise authorization) number to be referenced on return ship label. We will refuse return shipment without RMA number.

If you a reseller of CHLOE Lighting, you may use any images, pictures or text from chloelighting.com as part of your marketing of CHLOE Lighting products. Image and picture resizing is allowed only if the proportion is maintained. All images, pictures, and text remain the exclusive property of CHLOE Lighting.
